1. Services

Pontaix designs and develops websites, web and mobile applications and related services. Scope, price and timeline for each project are confirmed in writing (email or proposal) before work begins.

2. Free demo mockup

After receiving your brief we may prepare a free demo mockup within 48 hours. It carries no obligation for either party.

3. Prices and payment

Prices on the site are starting prices in USD. Work starts after a deposit of 30–50% of the project price; the balance is due before launch or transfer. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime for the next period.

4. Timelines

Stated timelines (e.g. landing page in 24 hours) run from receipt of the deposit and all required materials and approvals from the client.

5. Revisions

Each package includes reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. Additional work is quoted separately.

6. Ownership

Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables and receives source files and access. Third-party components (fonts, libraries, stock media, hosting) remain subject to their own licenses.

7. Client content

The client is responsible for having rights to the content they provide and for the legality of their business.

8. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
